How Can we Scale?

Plus One Robotics wanted to scale their marketing efforts and impact through new brand campaigns, improved collateral, UX improvements, web updates and expanded design efforts. When I joined the company as a consultant, they had very little infrastructure in place for both design and scalable campaigns. They had brand guidelines that did not serve the brand, a website mired with inconsistency, low-to-no video presence and campaigns that lacked brand finesse.

In collaboration with their Head of Marketing, I proposed motions to improve brand presence, strengthen their campaigns, and update their website to gather traffic more effectively.

From zero to “GOld Standard of social”

Over my time collaborating with Plus One, we were able to take their static boring social and turn it into a machine – creating a strategy behind social media, creating engaging content, and establishing a regular cadence posting on social media. We experimented with different methods of engagement, including LinkedIn Lives, new webinar series’, updated ads, and new collateral. We increased overall engagement significantly and grew follower count month-over-month.

Templates, Collateral and Launches

In addition to social and web improvements, I also created easy-to-use Canva templates to help their lean marketing team scale without much support. We were able to launch a completely new product (with supporting video, social and more), improve technical documentation and differentiate in a complex industry.
